Any shipping issues, such as lost, delayed, or damaged packages, should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. Bee Busy Audio is not liable for such issues after the product has been dispatched.

 

5. No Installation Services Provided

 

Bee Busy Audio sells car audio equipment but does not offer installation services or provide assistance in the installation of any products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to arrange for proper installation by a qualified professional, if desired. Bee Busy Audio is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from improper installation or use of the products.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

 

Bee Busy Audio offers returns and refunds on eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. All returns must be pre-approved by Bee Busy Audio, have an RMA number assigned, and have all original documentation included for the return to be accepted.  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a return or refund.
